Hi, I'm Dave Hughes. I have been working in the Temporary Traffic Control world for nearly 18 years throughout Utah and surrounding States. I have 16 years of experience creating/designing TTC Plans, estimating, bidding, supervising and managing Plans & Worksites that I and others have created.

I have been through ATSSA certifications as a TCT, TCS, Flagger, and a (TCDS) Traffic Control Design Specialist. "High Road Solutions, LLC" is MUTCD compliant and has a working knowledge of State specific Standards & Specs.
